Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 box (18.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix without pudding
  • 1 box (3.5 ounces) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bar (4 ounces) German sweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 package (6 ounces) butterscotch chips
  • 1 package (6 ounces) chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  • Whipped cream or ice cream, optional

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease a Bundt pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, eggs and sour cream. With mixer set at medium speed, beat for 1 to 2 minutes, until well blended.

3. Stir in German chocolate, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and pecans. Mix well. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.

4. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
